I can remember fondly, the hours my sisters and I would spend in the house, looking under tables, in closets, inside vases, for clues to the treasure that was so well hidden by my mother. She would hide the treasure in a specific place, and then hide clues from one spot to the next, leading us along a trail to the treasure. Whoever got to it first would then wait for everyone to gather around then they would open the treasure and evenly distribute it's contents among the group. There was always something for everyone inside. Candy, plastic jewelry, play money, just fun things for us to play with after the treasure hunt ended.
