As you can see, I grew up in the pre-healthy food era (and boy am I glad) but with the emphasis now on developing healthy eating habits, you could always replace the gooey stuff with more nutritional foods such as carrots, cauliflower buds and celery and stick it all together with something gooey like, low-fat cream cheese. (blek!)
I don't know about you, but I'm going to stick with the original recipe. Next Low-Cost Summer Activity
