The link to the rebate form doesn’t work. Great. If i had known the rebate was a load of &^#*& I wouldn’t have bought the product. Thanks Crest. I’m changing toothpastes.

(3) couponing says:

That is odd that both of you missed the expiration date on this promotion. It ended on July 7. When it comes to rebates (and usually printable and paper coupons) there is always an expiration date. Sorry you lost out.

I have a rebate coupon that doesn’t expire until september 29th and I also cannot print the rebate form to receive the $10.00 back. The coupon says to print the form and then apply for the rebate…guess i am not getting my money back either…will NEVER buy again!

(5) Lori says:

I agree with the other comments listed…no where can I find the rebate form as listed on the coupon for redemption?? Also the coupon found in sunday’s paper the offer began on July 29, 2012 and ends/expires Sept 29 2012. This is also advertised in the weekly ads from CVS and Walgreens… so this makes me think that this offer is valid, however, from the disgruntled opinions/comments posted I am leary …please help us consumers find the right website, so we can submit our rebates….

Am very disappointed with P&G — the $10.00 rebate form for the Crest

3D whitestrips cannot be found. I would expect them to correct this before

it expires on September 29,2012. This is not very good for their PR.

I was unable to find the rebate form on your site. My coupon says it begins july 29 and expires september 29. Are you trying to cheat the public?

September 13, 2012 at 10:11 am
(10) sue says:

I too have been searching for a rebate form on 3D Whitestrips. The coupon says to visit 3Dwhite.com but that only leads to a lot of advertising. There are no rebate forms and this is the offer that expires on September 28, 2012 so I’m well within the time frame. I’m terribly disappointed, will not fall into this trap again!

Wasted much of my time looking for Proctor and Gambles $10.00 rebate site. This coupon is valid at this time. I am very disappointed in Proctor and Gamble because the buck stops with them, regrdless of who is at fault. Apparently they do not care.

(14) Shari R says:

I was able to print the rebate, sent it in and received a letter telling me it was the wrong form. They gave me a new web site to visit and the form is the same rebate form I sent in. Now I don’t have my sales receipt and UPC code because I already sent it in. I will never purchase Whitestrips from Crest/P&G again. What a scam!

(20) Gloria J. Frost says:

I purchased the 3d white strips on August 31, 2012 from Walmart. I went home and immediately downloaded the rebate form, completed it and sent the form, my original receipt and UPC code from the box. The UPC code was cut from the box and stapled to the form. Today, October 4, 2012, I received a letter from the “Fullfillment Center in South Bend, IN stating that I did NOT include the original UPC code from the box. This is truly a rip off. They know that the product cannot be returned to Walmart without the original packaging plus they indicated that I only have 30 days to resubmit the letter with the original UPC code.

(21) Joan says:

I can’t believe I can not download a rebate form. The offer
runs from July 29, 2012 to September 29, 2012; however it says the request must be postmarked by October 31, 2012. As with previous comments, it sounds like a real rip off. I will be very wary and not buy products unless the coupon has a valid mail-in rebate coupon. This makes me very unhappty with Crest an P & G. I’ve been unhappy with P & G in the past and this doesn’t help my impression.

i to am having a hard time finding the correct rebate for the 3D Whitestrips
with advanced seal that i purchased on Sept. 16 2012. i work for a dental office and i always tell patients to purchase the crest whitestrips. it is far way cheaper then an office bleaching tx. it also cuts down on the sensitivity with bleaching. I WILL NOT ADVISE PATIENTS TO BUY THIS PRODUCT ANY MORE. it”s to bad for crest. I have been telling patients since they became available years ago. What a disappointment ………………

(I tried to copy the direct link, but a pop up box for me to allow it to open as a PDF is in the way and if I click cancel, it closes the window, if I click ok, it goes to the PDF and also closes the window…)

Maybe someone else can get the direct link on here, but that one worked & I printed it…finally!!

OK, think I was able to copy the direct link…I think this is the one most of the people were originally looking for since the newer one is on the crest site anyway. This is the one from 7/29 – 9/29, post mark by 10/31:

(28) Janice says:

I too bought this because of the $10 rebate. Now I see it had to be purchased before I bought it. If the rebate is not valid it should not be on the boxes. A rebate is a rebate. If it has expired it should be pulled from the shelves.

(29) tracy says:

Scam, don’t buy crest whitestrips and try the rebate. I sent mine in and they sent it back stating I didn’t send in a dated receipt, yes I did, I have a copy of it for proof. They are a bunch of crooks. I will never waste money buying any crest products again. The rebates are fake.

October 24, 2012 at 5:44 pm
(30) Frosy says:

Tracy, they either say that you didn’t send the UPC from the box or they say the receipt. They don’t intend to give a rebate at all. Please spread the word so that people won’t by any of the P&G products that clam to have a rebate unless it’s taken off at the register when it is purchased.

I also just purchased Crest white strips and have had nothing but aggravation trying to get a rebate form. I called the phone # on the Crest strips package 1-800-395-8423 and made my complaint. Suggest they go on the website and see the many dissatified customers and angry consumers they are affecting. Replied “they are having a trouble with their website! ” Well fix it! Next step I wll call the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer protection bureau. The site is confusing and misleading; and not accurate.

(37) Cindy says:

Same problem as everyone else. Can’t download the rebate form and it says that it’s expired but it advertised for it in today’s (Nov. 25th) paper. P&G and Crest – if don’t want to give rebates, then don’t advertise that you are. This is fraud and it really hurts your reputation. There was big
article in the paper about your company today and mr. McDonald came across as being an honest person with integrity. I guess looks can be decieving. Merry XMas to you bunch of wankers.

(38) Edythe Renick says:

For the person who wrote “What a ripoff”, you are certainly correct. I did exactly what it said in the instructions & I received this note: “404 File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been remoded, had its name changed or unavailable.” I truly believe this is a come-on. Crest wants us to buy their products & advertise that they will give us a rebate. This is entirely a lie. I believe we all should get together & write a note to the newspapers about Crest & its lying market strategies. It’s another way to have them make more money (so what else is new?). I will write Crest a letter. Once before I tried to receive a rebate from them & once again, it didn’t work. What say you about this?

(73) Dee says:

I also just bought Whitestrips that had a sticker on the package announcing a $10 rebate which expires 9/30/2013. I bought them specifically because I had used the previous rebate (the one that expires in June) so I assumed they would not give me the rebate on that. I went to their website looking for the Sep 2013 rebate form — you can guess what comes next – no form.

I wrote to them and this is their reply:

“Thanks for writing Crest.

I’m sorry you are having a hard time finding the rebate form good through 9/30/13. We have not updated the rebate form on the website as of yet so we do ask that you use the one that ends 6/30/13 as the Professional Effects Whitestrips will qualify for this rebate as well.”

then a second reply:

“I just took a second look over your original email to us and I noticed you said you have used the rebate form already. Per promotion guidelines, the rebate offers are limited to one submission per name, per address.

As mentioned before, the newer rebate form has not been added to the website as of yet. I will be forwarding this along to the rest of my team.

Thanks again for getting in touch.

Crest Team”

My followup to them:

“Why is it that you are selling product marked with rebates available, and yet there is no way to request a rebate? Isn’t that false advertising?

I need you to send me the form, please.”

Just got a letter stating that P&G was unable to finish processing my rebate because they claim that I did not enclose the UPC. I started second guessing myself, but then remembered that I had copied everything before mailing it. Sure enough, I had included the rebate form, original receipt, and BY GOLLY GEE the UPC. Their letter states that I must submit the missing item for the rebate to process. Now that puts me in a little predicament because they have it!….TOTAL SCAM! I will try to call them and get this straightened out , but doubt that I will see this rebate based on all of the above comments. Would love to “out” them somehow. Will not be buying any of their products anymore with or without the rebate.

I feel like I got scammed too…I sent in everything required and got a letter back that said since I used a $7 coupon I would not get the $10 rebate. The coupon was in the same centerfold ad-why wouldn’t one use it too. Told that rebate clearly said no other offers could be used….needs to be clarified that you cant even use their own coupon provided in same advertisement. Was told could even be disqualified even if on sale since that is a discount! Was also told that even if you bought other items and used coupons for those items, could be disqualified, so really should be on a seperate receipt. May contact FTC…..I am rebate/coupon queen for 15 years and never had this issue EVER before!

I also got the rebate rejection letter from Crest. I read the fine print before sending it in and nowhere does it mention that coupons cannot be used. It mentions it cannot be combined with other offers such as previous rebates. What crooks they are! If I knew that coupons could not be used on this product to get the rebate, I would never have bothered to buy the product. Never again will I buy this product again.

My rebate ticket says must be postmarked by July 31st and to visit 3DWHITE.COM for more details and I also can not print out, as page expired. It said on rebate must be purchased by June 30th and I purchased on June 26th and postmarked by 7/31. Well, looks like I lost out too! Guess it’s time to purchase another brand! Happy 4th of July !

(82) Lauren Dickinson says:

Well, I guess I am screwed since there was no mention on my rebate coupon that I needed to keep the UPC from the box (which I threw away months ago). Also I had to GOOGLE the rebate form as there was no mention of it on the site when I went to 3DWHITE.com. I purchased my white strips back in April, and my coupon is supposed to be good through July 31st….I guess it’s a good thing that I have not purchased any of Crest’s white stips since then.

FOR THOSE WHO SAY THEY CANNOT PRINT OFF THE FORM GO TO THIS SITE: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CD0QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.3dwhite.com%2Fpublishingimages%2Foffers%2Frebate%2Fdec2012%2F12_CST_Dec30_CWS_Rebate_Online_Av2.pdf&ei=HhvjUdeRG4m3yQHoooGwCw&usg=AFQjCNEv6wuRInHJmDCbboH6ofwTVzOPPA&sig2=P0-_rgTOgOGestkxvfQ9HQ&bvm=bv.48705608,d.aWc

It should pop up a PDF with the rebate form…unfortunately it won’t do me any good since I threw away the box without thinking I would need the UPS as the product name is on my receipt, but hopefully this will be useful to someone else.

Rip Off is right — just purchased it with a valid date thru 3/30/14….can’t down load the form. Sorry Crest but you are losing customers treating us this way. Why don’t you just stick a $10 cupon on the box so we can at least use it at check out instead of havin unhappy customers.

Didn’t receive my rebate the last time I sent it in. Now reading all the comments I can see that I was one among many. Silly me. I thought it was some oversight or mix up on my part. Now I know it was the scam of what I once believed to be a reliable company, Proctor and Gamble.
Crest is no longer a household word . There are many other good products to choose from.

I am also having no success at getting a rebate for Crest 3D White strips. On the box the sticker reads Save $10.00 Valid thru 9/30/13. Own-up Crest and and compensate your customers.

What a ripoff. Shame of Crest and its parent company Proctor and Gamble.

I mailed in the rebate form only to get a nasty letter weeks later stating that, because I used a coupon, I was not eligible for the rebate.

Avoid Crest products and all Proctor and Gamble products!

Do not fall for this scam.

Crest has NO intention of fulfilling its obligation. Buy some cheaper, competing brand such as Rembrandt or a generic. Proctor and Gamble makes billions of dollars basically by cheating people.

What a rip off. The sticker on my box says good until 9/30/2013 but there is no rebate form online. I see nothing but complaints regarding these Crest rebates. I won’t be fooled again!

Unlike most of you, my wife had a coupon in her Crest Whitestrips. She followed instructions and mailed all to the appropriate address. A couple weeks later, she got the unopened letter back stamped “RETURN TO SENDER OFFER EXPIRED”. Interesting, because the form she completed listed September 29 as the expiration date and a sticker on the original packaging (which we still have) says “Valid thru 3/30/14″

P&G is an ethical, moral company. Something went wrong. Stay tuned to witness the public flogging of some poor product manager who goofed. I would be surprised if they would not find some way to Whiten this Black sin.

IMy husband and I have spent over 30 minutes trying to bring up the rebate form. When we finally got it, it wouldn’t allow us to print it! Our $10 Save by mail in rebate expires on March 30, 2014.

I have read at least 50 comments by other irate customers.that have been duped by Crest.

This is false advertising and your company should be liable.

Please respond to my comments ASAP. My phone is (510) 886-5581.

I recently purchased the required items at Kmart in Dickson, Tnaccording to your ad which said if you purchased $40.00 worth of listed products you would receive proctor & gamble coupon for $1.00 off a gallon per gallon of gas. At checkout the coupon did not print. I spent 30 minutes trying to get the coupon and have been back to Kmart 3 times without success. Is the way you do your ads, If so I don’t want to participate.I have a copy of your ad and my receipt and would appreciate the coupon, The dates on the ad were 10-6 thru 10-12. I bought the merchandise on 10-9.

First of all, there is no supple of your products in the walgreens in selden, ny. after looking for your product for almost three weeks a limited number of them came in. Then to see that there is no coupon on 3dwhite.com and there is an amount you need to spend on your product. I have being using crest for over 55 years, this is a great dissappointment in marketing your product.

Just got my $10 rebate from Proctor & Gamble for my Crest Whitestrips purchase. I printed the rebate form from the P&G website, no problem (clicked on the coupon tab at the top right of the Whitestrips page).
And it came in fewer than 6 weeks, just in time for the holidays.

I agree with all the other comments sent in. I would never pay $71.99 again for the 3D Whitestrips advertising a $10.00 rebate that theres no way to get! Maybe Shakira would like to do something to intervene for all these dissatisfied customers?
