I have to admit something. I am a sucker for sale signs and in stores today, there are as many sale signs dangling from the ceiling as there are holiday decorations. If I see 50 percent off, my body seems to go into automatic motion - walking towards the rack. But are all of the "sales" legit? The FTC doesn't think so. How do we know the difference?
