Store Hours and Early Bird Sales on Black Friday

Unlike past years, most retailers are anxious to let Black Friday shoppers get sneak peeks at the day-after-Thanksgiving sales planned. Keeping prices a secret from competitors has taken a back seat to trying to lure customers in to shop early. Many of the outlet centers are planning to open at 12:01 a.m. Friday, after we've all had our Thanksgiving dinners. Other stores like Kohls will be opening its doors at 4 a.m. with most major stores following with 5 a.m. openings.
With the majority of holiday spenders saying they plan to spend less this year then last year, stores are scrambling to do what they can to make certain they have their best sales set to capture what little money will be going around.

A few stores (Radio Shack I know) are putting their Black Friday specials online today (Thanksgiving). Some have even better offers online than in the store. The Sansa Fuze on my list from Radio Shack was only offered in black in the store but the online early offer had the other colors as well.
