More companies are offering promotional gas-savings offers as the price of gas increases. This article lists just some of the companies promoting gas discount cards, free gas, and dollars-off discounts to help cut the cost of filling up the tank.

Several Bed and Breakfast locations across the country are offering an average of $25 discounts during the "Tanks a Lot" promotion. Generally you have to mention the promotion during booking. - Chrysler is hoping to stimulate declining sales, with its "Let's Refuel America" promotion which offers customers three years of $2.99 a gallon gasoline. Using a special card, customers will pay $2.99 per gallon for a maximum number of gallons (which varies depending on model) of unleaded gas or diesel fuel in each of the next three years.

- Exodus Faith Ministries began giving away gas when they noticed attendance was slowing down on Sundays. They are giving out five gas cards every Sunday valued collectively between $800 and $1,000. No date as to when the giveaway will end was announced.

- Suzuki has announced a nationwide sales promotion offering car buyers zero percent financing and three months of free gasoline on retail purchases of all new 2007 and 2008 vehicles from its fun-to-drive product line. The Suzuki “Free Gas for Summer” sales program, which kicked off May 1 and runs through June 30, is expected to further build brand interest and bolster summer sales. Qualified buyers can receive between $320 to $470 in free gas cards, depending on the model car they purchase.
